Toddler and Me – Ages walking to 2 ½
This toddler and caregiver class will explore movement and promote early development of gross motor skills. Lesson plans are themed each week as students work on balance and coordination on a variety of scaled-down equipment.
Preschool – Ages 3 through 5 years
This developmental program focuses on gross and fine motor development, peer interaction, and basic gymnastics skills. Lesson plans are themed each week and students will be introduced to vault, bars, beam and floor exercises in fun and engaging play. Kids are placed in age appropriate classes based on their age at the start of the session.
School-Aged – Ages 6 and up
This program continues to provide developmental instruction to school-aged children of any skill level or experience. Lessons are focused on vault, bars, beam and floor exercises as well as overall strength, flexibility and endurance. Students progress through these gymnastics classes by mastering skills and requirements for advancement to the next level.
These classes focus on all aspects of tumbling for those wanting to simply learn to tumble rather than engage in all aspects of gymnastics. Tumbling classes are for all levels.
