Developing Young Gymnasts

When our recreational classes just aren't enough for your child, it's time to take the next  step. Pre-team groups ease gymnasts into longer training sessions to prepare for competition.

XCEL is an alternative USAG competitive program offering flexibility to coaches and gymnasts. The XCEL program allows varying abilities and commitment levels the opportunity for a rewarding gymnastics experience.  Xcel Team competing at AAU meets practices up to 6 hours a week.

Gymnasts compete USAG "compulsory" (the same) routines. Coaches continue to drill the basics and team members compete against top gymnasts in the region and practice up to 12 hours a week..
